Ever heard of the Worldwide Music Festival? I hadn’t either, but we happened to be traveling in the south of France right around the dates of the festival, so we decided to head to Sète for a week to check it out. First off, Sète was an amazing spot, built around canals fed by the Mediterranean. Aside from delicious seafood, colorful fishing boats, a happening downtown with many walking-only streets and plenty of shopping, it also had pristine beaches stretching as far as the eye could see. We loved Sète immediately, and the festival only made it that much better!

The three venues for the festival were unreal, all with amazing backdrops of the Mediterranean Sea. First there was ACD Beach, which basically had DJs playing music on the sand from 10:00am to 7:00pm. Then, from about 7:30pm to 11:00pm the music would move to Theatre De La Mer, an open-air theater built into a cliff over the water that hosts most of the festival’s live acts. Watching shows in this venue at sunset was unbelievable. Finally, from midnight to 6:00am (Europeans really know how to do it!), the music headed to St. Christ, a square at the end of a long peninsula beneath a lighthouse.

I didn’t really know any of the artists playing, but that is what made it so fun….discovering new music from all over the world surrounded by happy, dancing festival-goers from all over the world.

Hello! I was recently asked by Quiksilver to perform at Pure, a fashion industry event in Earls Court, London! I got the chance to see and wear the Women’s Spring collection for 2012 so I jumped at the chance!! So many outfits to choose from I was in my element trying them on and singing my little heart out at the Quiksilver area and on the Catwalk stage! Loads of fun!
